Each spring for the past several years we have given benefit concerts for Relay for Life in the Winder First United Methodist Fellowship Hall. Our upcoming concert will be Friday, April 26 at 7:30 p.m. There is no admission fee, and baskets will be on hand for donations to Relay for Life. This concert will feature the League singing new arrangements and old favorites, including Blues in the Night, Purple People Eater, and Bohemian Rhapsody. The Classy Lassies will strut their stuff, as well as our beloved duet team, Shirley Thornton and 'Hitch' Hitchcock. Soloists are Howard Sligh, Doug Blair, Glenn Ryder, Tery Overbey, Regis Stamey, and Chris Lobsinger.
